A reflection is a loyal representation of reality in which one encounters one’s self. Such an encounter may become, without noticing, a micro-ritual involving self awareness and self examination. Standing in front of a mirror creates a defined intimate space where we can examine the liminal opportunities that it generates: the seam between tangible and abstract, reality and fiction.
